These notes apply to enquiries made through this website. The binding conditions of a booking are set out in the rental agreement.
Enquiry and booking
An enquiry sent through the form is non-binding and is not yet a booking. We confirm availability, rates and conditions individually by email.
A booking only becomes binding once you have received and accepted our written confirmation or rental agreement.
Rates, payment and cancellation
Rates, payment deadlines and cancellation conditions depend on the travel period and occupancy and are stated in our offer and in the rental agreement.
Your stay
The villa and guest house are rented for private holiday use. Please treat the house, its furnishings and its surroundings with care.
