- Phone number (optional)
- Travel dates and number of guests
- Your message
Purpose and disclosure
We use these details to answer your enquiry and handle the booking. Your enquiry is stored in our backend and sent by email to info@villaserenity.ch.
We never sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for advertising.
External services
We embed a Google Maps map to show the location. When the map loads, Google may process your IP address.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for our correspondence and statutory retention periods.
You may request access to your data or ask for it to be corrected or deleted at any time – simply email info@villaserenity.ch.
