How far in advance should I book Villa Serenity?
As Villa Serenity is a single private property, we recommend inquiring six to twelve months ahead for the high season and for Christmas, New Year and Easter. For other travel dates three to six months is usually enough, and short-notice stays are sometimes possible – simply ask and we will check the calendar for you.
How do I get a price for my stay?
Rates depend on the travel period, the length of your stay and the number of guests. Send us your arrival and departure dates through the inquiry form and you will receive an individual offer including all costs.
How does the inquiry process work and how fast do you reply?
You send us your dates and details through the inquiry form. Your inquiry reaches us directly by email and we normally get back to you within one to two days with availability, the price and the next steps.
How do I travel to Villa Serenity?
Villa Serenity sits in Galliot Cay bay at Cape Santa Maria on Long Island, Bahamas. Both Long Island airports, Stella Maris and Deadmans Cay, are easy to reach, so the transfer to the villa stays comfortable. We are happy to help with planning the transfer.
When is the best time to travel?
The tropical climate of the Bahamas brings warm temperatures all year round, so every season suits water sports, boat trips and exploring the island.

What amenities and services are included?
The villa offers 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a TV room and 2 sofa beds; the guest house adds a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Both kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and blender. Included at no extra cost: mineral water, coffee and tea, high-speed Wi-Fi via Starlink, two covered parking spaces, the final cleaning as well as towels and bed linen.
How many guests can the villa and guest house accommodate?
The villa has 3 bedrooms plus 2 sofa beds, and the guest house has an additional bedroom. Tell us your group size in the inquiry and we will confirm the best room arrangement for you.
Is the villa directly on the beach?
Yes. The white sand beach and crystal-clear water start right in front of the house, with around 5 km of quiet beach for swimming, snorkelling and long walks without leaving the property.
What is there to do around the villa?
Snorkelling on the reef, fishing trips, Dean's Blue Hole, Hamilton's Caves, Columbus Point and boat trips to the Exumas are all reachable as day trips. Our activities guide for Long Island describes every option in detail.
