The Guest House: Private Kitchen, Private Entrance

Many of our guests travel with several generations or with friends. Evenings together on the porch are wonderful, but in the morning everyone appreciates their own rhythm. That's exactly what the guest house is for: a fully self-contained retreat with its own entrance, so nobody has to walk through the main house.

It's ideal for grandparents who value peace and quiet, for grown-up kids, for a second couple or for a nanny traveling with the family. The guest house is only rented together with the villa, so the entire property is always reserved for a single party.

The cozy living room has a warm, welcoming feel that makes you want to linger. The adjoining kitchen is compact and practical – perfect for a quiet breakfast or a snack after snorkeling. Like the villa kitchen, it comes fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender.

The stylish bedroom makes for restful nights and offers plenty of storage for longer stays. A bathroom with high-quality fixtures and a shower completes the space. Bed linens, towels, Starlink Wi-Fi and the final cleaning are included, just as in the villa.

Together, the villa and guest house offer four bedrooms, two sofa beds, four bathrooms and three kitchens. Gather for dinner at the villa's long dining table, fire up the barbecue or play a round of table tennis – then retreat to your own space.

Mornings start slowly: coffee from your own machine, the door open to the breeze, the ocean within earshot. While the kids may already be racing down to the beach from the villa, you can enjoy breakfast in complete peace. Around midday, everyone meets up to snorkel in the bay or head out on a trip to Dean's Blue Hole.

In the evening, you'll fire up the grill together or gather around the villa's long dining table. Afterward it's just a few steps back to your own bedroom – nobody has to tiptoe around anyone else. That mix of togetherness and breathing room is exactly why families and groups of friends love the guest house.
