All rates are for exclusive use of the villa; the guest house can be added. You'll receive a tailored quote after you send an inquiry.
Book direct – no platform fees
When you inquire directly through this website, you don't pay any service or booking fees to a third-party platform. You're in touch with us, the owner family, from day one – with Riet Klainguti as your personal contact. Learn more about us.
Rates depend on your travel dates, length of stay and group size. Send us your preferred dates and we'll usually reply within one to two days with availability and a firm quote that includes all costs.
Minimum stay and security deposit
The minimum stay varies by season and is confirmed in your quote. A longer minimum stay usually applies over the holidays.
A security deposit is collected for the length of your stay and refunded after check-out once the house has been handed back. The amount and payment method are set out in the rental agreement. General information is available in our terms and conditions.
From inquiry to booking
Once we receive your inquiry, we check your dates and send you a tailored quote. If you're happy with it, we'll send the rental agreement; your stay is confirmed once the deposit is paid. Before you arrive, we'll coordinate your rental car, grocery service and excursions so everything is ready when you get there.
