How we collect reviews
After every stay, we ask our guests for honest feedback. A review is only published with the guest's explicit permission – with their first name or initials, where they're from and when they stayed. We may shorten a review for space, but we never change what it says.
We take criticism seriously: our guests' suggestions go straight into how we equip and run the house. That's why you won't find purchased or anonymous reviews here – only experiences from people who actually stayed with us.
